Where will you
go next?
Apex Flow Academy is the learning business of Apex Flow Labs: 30 written courses in practical AI, Python, web, data, marketing, design and business, for people starting out who want a real skill and a finished project at the end. Read the first lesson of any course free, with no sign-up; a full course (the Codex) is one payment of $39, or $79 for the three launch-a-business paths, with no subscription.
Status: Live. Video lessons (Studio) and the Full Operator path open later and are not for sale today.
Learn a skill. Launch something real.
30 written courses are open today, 736 lessons in all. Each one is built the same way: one idea per lesson, a worked example, something to do right now, and a check so you know you got it. Most end in a finished project. Three end in a business you can open.
Technology
Programming, data, AI, cloud and security: the skills that make software and systems work.
Business
Start something, market it, run it well and communicate clearly, from a first customer to a working system.
Creative Arts
Design and build what people see and use: websites, interfaces and graphics.
Launch a Local Service Business
By the end you will have a finished Launch Dossier: a clear offer, a priced service sheet with your costs worked out, a defined customer and service area, a website brief, a plan for your first ten posts, a first-outreach script and a checklist of the local rules you have looked up. Whether customers and income follow, and how fast, depends on your market, your work and your effort. This course promises neither.
40 lessons, a workbook you fill in as you go, and a launch kit at the end: your offer, your price sheet, your website brief and your first-customer plan.
Your launch kit
- Cover page and rules checklist: business name (a working name is fine), chosen service, one-line offer, service area, starting-point notes, and a rules and risks checklist with at least eight lines (item, who was asked, what was found, status, date checked).
- Offer sheet: offer sentence, core service, add-ons, differentiators you can really deliver, package table with inclusions, exclusions and a minimum job, job checklist, pre-existing-condition note, terms and promise draft (marked where a professional should review), standards and no-list, and a complaint and damage procedure.
- Price sheet: cost worksheet for one typical job, the price calculation with the formula shown, target margin and effective-pay check, unit prices, add-on prices, minimum charge, travel fee rule, deposit rule, a sample quote, your starter-kit list with the local price sources you checked, and a money sheet with two practice entries.
- Customer and service area: first-customer profile with five worries and three places to reach them, named service areas with priorities and an outside-area rule, a travel-cost calculation, a competitor scan of at least eight and three honest gaps, and a log of at least three real conversations.
- Website brief: one to two pages covering basics, offer, services and price approach, pages, draft words, photo list, proof plan, contact method, footer facts, domain and email choices, ten customer questions with draft answers, a local profile worksheet, a shot list with permission wording, and your chosen build route with a hand-off checklist.
- First-ten-posts plan: platform choice and content pillars, a ten-post grid (purpose, format, hook, caption draft, media needed, call to action, permission needed), your own pre-post checklist, and a manual posting routine with three measures.
Technology
Python From Zero: Write Programs That Work
You write and run real Python programs from the first lesson, and you finish with three small working tools that you built yourself, tested with checks you wrote, and can change without starting over.
Python Automation: Make the Computer Do Your Boring Work
You automate files, spreadsheets, email drafts and web lookups that eat your week. You finish with your own script that plans before it acts, keeps a log, is tested against sample data, and runs on a schedule.
SQL: Ask Any Database Any Question
You will be able to write SQL that answers business questions from a database: choose and sort columns, filter rows, summarise and group, join tables, and check that your numbers are right. You finish with a report you built and checked yourself.
Data Analytics From Scratch: Answer Real Business Questions
You collect, clean, analyse and present data so a boss can act on it. By the end you will have worked through the whole analytics loop on one practice dataset and produced a case study with charts and a written recommendation that states how sure you are and what the data cannot show.
Build AI Agents and Automations (No Code)
Design and build automations and simple AI agents with no-code tools, and test them before you trust them.
Node.js: Build the Back End and APIs
You build a secure API with a database that a front end can use: a REST API with accounts, login, private data for each user, automated tests and a deployment you can show to others.
Power BI: Build Dashboards People Actually Use
You turn messy data into a clean, interactive dashboard. By the end you will have built, tested and exported a two-page Power BI report for a sample company, with cleaned data, a connected model, eleven checked measures, working slicers and drillthrough, and a log that shows every key number is right.
Machine Learning With Python: From Zero to a Working Model
You build, test and explain real models without drowning in maths. By the end you have trained a model on a real table of home sales, tested it honestly, saved it, and written a plain-English report that shows what it can and cannot do.
Prompt Engineering Essentials
You will build a personal prompt library: a set of tested, reusable prompts for your own work, each with a checklist, a test record and a safety note. You will be able to write clear prompts, test them, fix them one part at a time, and check AI answers instead of trusting them.
Java for Complete Beginners
You write real Java programs and understand objects, not just syntax. You build one project, Shelf, a text-based book tracker whose data is saved to a file, and you finish able to explain how each class in it works and why it is built that way.
AWS Cloud Practitioner: Prepare for the Exam and Understand the Cloud
You will be able to explain what the cloud is, why organizations use it, and how the main AWS building blocks (accounts, access, servers, storage, databases, networks, monitoring and security tools) fit together. You will know how AWS charges, how to set billing alerts, and how to clean up so practice does not turn into a surprise bill. You will finish with a small live cloud setup and a written review of it that you can show to others.
Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking: Fundamentals
You will understand how common attacks work and how to defend against them. You will practise only on a safe lab that you build on your own computer and fully own. You will finish with a written security assessment of that lab: what you found, how you proved it, how you fixed it and how you checked the fix.
Docker and Kubernetes for Beginners
You will be able to run ready-made containers, package your own app into an image, and run it on a local Kubernetes cluster with three copies, a stable address, outside settings, health checks, a safe update and a rollback. You finish with a project folder that another person can rebuild from your README.
Linux for Absolute Beginners
You will use the Linux command line comfortably and run a small Linux machine. You will manage files and text, control who can do what, install and run a web server, schedule a backup and close the network doors you do not use. You finish with a configured Linux server and a runbook that documents it.
Business
Microsoft Excel: Beginner to Advanced
You go from nervous to fast: formulas, lookups, PivotTables, charts and clean reports, proved by a finished budget and dashboard whose numbers you can check against an answer key.
ChatGPT and AI Assistants at Work
You will know how to use an AI assistant for everyday work in writing, research, planning and analysis. You will measure honestly whether it saves you time, you will know the common wrong-answer traps and how to test for each one, and you will finish with a written playbook for your own job.
Digital Marketing With AI: Get Customers Online
You will plan a full online marketing system for one real business and finish the capstone: a 30-day marketing plan with the first assets already made. That means an offer, a landing page draft, content, a welcome email sequence, social posts, an ad test plan and a weekly tracking routine. You will also know how to use AI to draft and check the work without publishing anything false. Your results will depend on your business, your market and your effort, and nothing here is a promise of sales.
Speak With Confidence: Communication That Gets Results
You will build a nine-page Communication Kit. It ends with a recorded talk scored against your own baseline, plus a rewritten important message or a negotiation plan you can really use. Along the way you will practise speaking, writing, listening and negotiating clearly, and you will make a personal calm card for pressure.
Learn Faster and Get More Done
You learn new skills in less time and manage your week so it works. You build a personal system, test it for seven days and keep what works for you.
SEO for Beginners: Get Found on Google
Learn the practical steps that help a real website get found: keyword research, on-page work, content planning, technical basics, honest link building and free tracking, finished with a complete SEO plan and audit.
Start an AI Automation Agency for Small Businesses
Find small-business workflows worth automating, build them with no-code tools and AI, and package them as a service. By the end you will have a working demo workflow, a documented trust pack, a priced set of service packages and a proposal template ready to use with a real business.
Project Management and Agile: Run Projects That Ship
By the end you will have a complete, written plan for a real project of your own: its charter, scope, schedule, budget, risks, Agile backlog, communication plan and closing checklist. You will also know how to track that plan, report on it and close the project using predictive, Scrum and Kanban methods.
Professional English for Work
You build one finished Work English Kit: a phrase bank of your own, five job-ready emails, a speaking pack, and a recorded talk of three to four minutes. You also learn a repeatable method to check your own writing and speaking so that you can keep improving after the course.
Creative Arts
HTML and CSS: Build and Launch Your First Website
You hand-build a clean, mobile-friendly site and put it online.
JavaScript From Zero: Make Web Pages Come Alive
You start with an HTML page that cannot react. You finish with a working task list app that you built, tested and reviewed yourself: it adds, marks, deletes and filters tasks, saves them in the browser, loads sample data from the internet and proves itself with automatic checks every time it opens. You will understand each part well enough to start a second app on your own.
Build and Publish a Business Website With AI
You will finish with a published business website on the open web: clear words you have checked, honest images, a quote form you have tested, a privacy notice, a connected domain, a Google Business Profile started, and a launch checklist you ran yourself. You will also know how to edit and maintain the site without paying someone for every change.
React and Next.js: Build Modern Web Apps
You start with basic JavaScript. You finish with a multi-page Next.js app that you built, tested and put on a public web address: a catalog with search and filters, a saved list that remembers, a page for every book, a small JSON API, a form that checks its input on the server, page titles, an optimized image and automatic tests. You will understand each part well enough to start a second app on your own.
UX Design With Figma: Design Apps People Love
You research, sketch, prototype and test a real app design. You finish with a clickable prototype, the research and test notes behind it, and a written spec a developer could build from.
Graphic Design: Photoshop and Canva for Non-Designers
You make professional-looking graphics, logos and social posts. You finish with a small brand kit of your own: a logo set, a colour palette, two fonts, social templates, a print flyer and a one-page brand guide.
