LUKE’S ARCADE / FREE BROWSER GAME
Apex Flow Blocks
A block puzzle you play with one thumb. Drag pieces onto an 8×8 board and clear full rows and columns. A 30-level career in six worlds gives every level a goal: clear lines, dig gems out of the blocks, crack and break ice, reach a combo or score big, all inside a move limit with up to three stars. From world four the tray has a timer, and if you are too slow the floor rises a row. Clear lines to charge the SHOCKWAVE, which blasts a 3×3 hole anywhere on the board. After the career, endless Overdrive climbs round after round with a shorter timer every time. Free, no download, no account.
How to play
- Drag any of the three pieces onto the board. A glowing preview shows exactly where it will land and which lines it will clear.
- Fill a whole row or column to clear it. Clear more lines at once, or back to back, for a bigger combo.
- Clear the entire board for a Perfect Clear bonus.
- Gems are buried in the blocks: clear their row or column to collect them. Ice takes two clears: the first cracks it, the second breaks it.
- Clear lines to charge the SHOCKWAVE, tap it, then tap the board to blast a 3×3 hole. SHUFFLE gives you a fresh tray once per level, and UNDO takes back a move.
- On the rising-floor levels a bar shows how long you have for the current tray. Run out and everything climbs a row while a junk row pushes in from below. Blocks pushed off the top are destroyed.
- On a computer: S shuffles, X arms the shockwave, Z undoes, R restarts the level, Escape opens the level map.
- Rush mode (the default): a countdown clock runs from the moment you pick up your first piece. Every line you clear adds time, bigger clears and combos add more, and each new world drains the clock faster. In the last ten seconds a big countdown appears and the screen turns red.
- Frenzy: while you are chaining combos the clock slows down.
- Zen mode: no timer at all. The run ends when none of the remaining pieces fit.
